Sarasota Memorial's Health Care Center at Blackburn Point provides an array of convenient medical services to southern Sarasota, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, Englewood and surrounding communities.
Like all of our specialty campuses, Blackburn Point sets the standard for quality healthcare, bringing first-class outpatient services to the places where our patients live, while keeping them closely linked with Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
Imaging services at Blackburn Point are conveniently located on the first floor. Patients must have a valid order for imaging from a physician. To verify insurance coverage for the service, please call your insurance provider. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sarasota Memorial's outpatient diabetes education program is one of only 600 programs in the United States to receive recognition from the American Diabetes Association. South county residents will find convenient access to SMH's Certified Diabetes Educators for diabetes management, education and support at the Blackburn Point Health Care Center.
